I loved this Jeep but after the first test drive in a Tj I knew this Yj’s days were numbered.
Pros:
- Simple suspension system
- Simple electronics
- The 258 is a great engine
Cons:
- The 258 had a horrible carb
- Ruff ride compared to the Tj
- Rust Rust Rust
It really came down to the rust factor and that the Jeep still had a good trade in value. I did see the Jeep once more a year later it was on 33×12.5 BFG MTs and looked good.
